We love seeing collaboration in action at TCHS! 💙 Our Diablo’s School Store interns recently had the opportunity to partner with Northeast Middle School FBLA to design and produce their CTSO T-shirts—right here at Diablo’s School Store!
This project gave our students hands-on, real-world experience with the entire marketing and production process:
🎨 Working with a client and understanding their vision
💻 Creating and finalizing the design
👕 Producing the shirts in-house
📦 Delivering a finished product to the customer
These are the kinds of experiences that turn classroom learning into valuable career-ready skills!

Students in Mr. Borders and Mrs. Shealey’s Advanced Algebra class are strengthening their problem-solving skills by working with exponential equations involving time!
Through these problems, students are learning how exponential functions can be used to model change over time and connect algebraic concepts to real-world situations. 🧠✏️

Students in Mrs. Cindy Marzen’s Biology class put photosynthesis to the test! 🌿☀️
Students investigated how light affects the cycling of matter and the flow of energy through photosynthesis. Using bromothymol blue (BTB) as a CO₂ indicator, they observed color changes to analyze carbon dioxide levels around plants placed in light versus dark conditions.
But this lab was about more than learning how photosynthesis works! Students were thinking like scientists—collecting evidence, analyzing results, and using data to explain what they observed. 🧪📊
Hands-on investigations like this bring science to life and help students connect classroom concepts to the world around them! 🌎🌱
