Northside Elementary School was inadvertently placed on lockdown this morning. System security personnel performed an investigation and found no threat to the safety and security of the students or staff and the school resumed normal operations. #4theT


Registration for the Tift County Rec Dept School Based Basketball League is now open! Play for your grade and school. There will be boys and girls teams for each division at all Tift County Elementary schools. $50 registration fee - Deadline is Nov. 7th. https://5il.co/1jr6m


Our schools are collecting non-perishable food items to create Thanksgiving baskets. Items will be collected November 1st - 11th. To donate, drop items in the boxes located in the front office at each school or see the school counselor. #4theT

Mrs. Weeks' fifth grade class recently elected 4-H officers. Pictured are Parker Urquhart (President), J'aMyan Mack (Vice President), and Ayden Gillespie (Class Representative).


Our students love Kona Ice day! We celebrate Kona Ice day each month, so look for information coming home. All money raised benefits our PBIS program. Pictured are a few of Mrs. Wilcox's fourth graders enjoying their Kona Ice.


The first Wednesday in October is National Coffee with a Cop Day. It was created to foster relationships with police officers and community members. Fourth and fifth grade "celebrated" by inviting Deputy Vazquez from the Tift County Sherriff's Office to speak on the role police officers serve in our community.


Help us celebrate Tift County's Homecoming by dressing in your favorite Tift County Blue Devil Spirit Wear tomorrow (Friday, October 7)!


Our school day begins at 7:45 am. Students (car riders, bus riders, walkers, day care vans, etc.) may begin arriving at 7:00 am.

Krispy Kreme has a new policy that requires a 72 hour notice of a large order, so the Wednesday pick up time has been canceled. The new pick up time is Monday (October 10th) from 4:00-5:00 pm in the car rider line at Northside.
