ESMS FFA members and agriculture students recently participated in a Day of Service by volunteering at the Tift County Animal Shelter. Throughout April and May, students collected items to donate to the shelter. On the day of their visit to take the donated items, they assisted with various tasks, including working on the outdoor run, preparing treats, assembling foster bags, cleaning cages, and organizing supplies.

🧬🔎 Our 7th grade Healthcare Science students had an exciting visit from Chief Investigator Melissa Luke with the Tifton District Attorney’s Office! She shared how crime scene investigation connects with healthcare and gave students a real-world look at how science, observation, and public service work together. Thank you, Investigator Luke, for inspiring our future healthcare and criminal justice professionals! 💙👩⚕️👮♀️
